All sales are final. No returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit, size selection, color preference, or ordering the wrong item.

Our final-sale policy helps us keep prices low and affordable. Please review product descriptions, measurements, size guides, and your order carefully before checkout. Contact us before purchasing if you need help choosing a size.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. Do not send merchandise back without instructions from us.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy where required by law. This final-sale policy does not remove statutory consumer rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods, or applicable cancellation rights.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to correct an order. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once fulfillment begins. Legally required cancellation and refund rights remain in effect.
